A practice through which we discover and explore the 5 different qualities of our fundamental energy: Fluidity, Staccato, Chaos, Lyric, Quietude. These 5 rhythms are a map to go on all planes of consciousness: physically, emotionally and spiritually. It is rooted in the principle that « if you set the psyche in motion, it will heal itself. »It is a meditation in motion and these 5 rhythms are markers on the way back to our true self, a vulnerable, wild, passionate and instinctive self.It is a simple and powerful tool to connect with oneself, with others and with the group.Through this dynamic practice, one finds balance in all aspects of daily life. The 5Rhythms® dance is open to everyone, whatever your physical condition or age.
No need to have previous experience with dance or any other movement practice.
Though we’re in different places, we move as one.
Step into the 5Rhythms Online Class and meet a new side of yourself—right where you are.
Wake up your body through movement, let go of tension, and come home to yourself.
